Room service was good and usually prompt. Hotel room are dated, bathroom had areas with mould. Hot water takes good 10 -15 mins to arrive, worst I have seen so far. Breakfast is limited and not good value. I had extended my stay with another website and prepaid, but I checked out a day earlier, front desk guy advised me to contact the booking site, when I contacted them, they spoke to the hotel and were told I checked out a day later. When i provided evidence of my exit stamp from the country, they changed the story saying i did not inform them about my checkout, which is completely false and dishonest, I will not be using Ramee again.

The staff and different venues at the hotel are terrific. Place is a little dated but spacious and clean rooms.

Great prices and three night clubs also they have Sports Bar and a cafe which serves alcohol 24 hours a day and they have two restaurant they also have laundry service and right next to it there is a big mall which has a cinema and massage service and shopping mall and everything you can imagine there and it's right next to the Navy Base American Navy which is next to the American street famously called which has all that you can imagine of restaurants from Chili's do whatever you can think of also there are some great restaurants like Japanese thai and Arabic food also

Great live music with Manny and the band, staff are very friendly and helpful.
Again, the only downfall is the drink prices.

Rooms are noisy and always music is coming in from different clubs inside hotel

Spent one night in 10th floor , was not as I expected . the Shower Hose water leak so bad , billows smells Bad !! , I fixed TV Connections my self !
second DAY MORNING AT Ground Floor went to have a breakfast , tea Cup was not clean , ask for some Arabic bread , it was Crusty and dirty , could be used by someone ELSE !! I report the issue to front DESK , but could feel any Concern , I asked for Manager in duty , not Available .
Simply it was not what I expected
