I would to thank the staff in general as they are really friendly, helpful and fast acting.

However, despite I was upgraded to bigger room I felt like the empty space made the room so boring and less valuable. I have had a serious issue with the toilet facilities and maintenance team did their best to fix it but still I am not satisfied.

One last thing to mention is related to the klub 360 staff. Honestly they are the worst I have ever seen not only in Bahrain but world wide. They don't appreciate their guests and entrance security guard is very rude and does not respect customers.

As conclusion, I recommend your hotel to my family and friends but I will definitely make sure they don't go to klub 360.

Everything was fantastic. One thing i would recommend is dedicate a room and convert it to a day care or kids centre with video games or small slides with a nanny. So couples can enjoy fully the bar and club scene. Overall everyone was wonderfull

Very friendly staff and nice facilities. Quiet location and yet close to activities and entertainment venues.
The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped.
I always enjoy my stay there and it's a very nice experience every time, free of hustle.

Tested again and again for years and not a scratch! What an establishment! Definitely can compete worldwide. One stop shop for a retreat in Bahrain. Awesome room, service, club, lounge, DJs, food!

Great lengthy stay at 39 days, very consistent, great location for us with respect to our job location, but great spot in Jaffair being close to the mall, along with ‘American alley’ eateries.
Pool parties along with dining poolside a great way to unwind after the long days.
If you are a light sleeper, definitely recommend a room not overlooking the pool as this would spoil your experience.
The internet speed needs some attention as this was an issue for me.

Elite crystal is my go to option when it comes to staying on the island. The location is perfect, the ambiance is amazing and the showers run fast!

Nice clean rooms and service is up to the mark. Equally good for business or leisure stay. Ask for Mr. Francis (front desk manager) and I'm sure you'll be in good hands during your stay.

Every thing in these hotel is wanderfull, the breakfast, the rooms, room service and swimming pool is amazing.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed every time I book in Elite Crestal Hotel.

It can feet the need of all type of visitors, couple, singles, business, family or friend.

Also the worker there are highly trained, trustful and professional.

I wish I will comeback soon to stay in Elite Crestal.

I was traveling with a group of people for work. We had all made our reservations a month out, all but one for non smoking rooms. We arrived at the hotel early, before check-in time, but were told that we would not get the non smoking rooms we requested. Some would have to wait till 1800 the next day to swap to the desired rooms. The last 2 people in the group got their rooms 2 hours after advertised check in time.
Once in the room, things weren't much better. I had a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and microwave but only had 2 spoons, 2 cups, and 2 glasses. The bathroom only had one bath towel, no washcloth or hand towel. There was no iron or ironing board but you could request one from the front desk if you wanted one.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing. None of the food was prepared there. If you wanted an omelet, the staff would call the kitchen and it would then be delivered. Glasses for juices were just a bit bigger than shot glasses. Service was very quick to take your plate and silverware,even if you weren't quite done, having to ask for more silverware.
One the bright side, room service was good also there was a free laundromat on site. Had there been a booklet with a list of the hotel facilities, guests could tell what was available but it was missing in my room.
I travel to Bahrain pretty regularly but I will not stay at the Elite Crystal Hotel again unless nothing else in the price range and location is available. There are other hotels nearby that were better.

I personally didn't like baked beans for breakfast; and I would have liked to have pork bacon or turkey bacon but not beef or veal bacon, that was not so tasty.

The coffee was good though and so were the little mini donuts.

The location was not ideal because there was so much construction going on but once construction is finished it will be a decent location.

Hotel staff was excellent - always willing to help you be comfortable.

Laundry facilities were terrible - the washers and dryers were not working very well and it was located in the parking garage so I didn't feel so safe doing laundry there.

They kept the room clean and serviceable daily. Overall it was a good hotel.

Please allow take away for customers who have limited time to get breakfast. I made a sandwich and took one bite and was called to duty. I asked if I could bring it with and was told I cannot. It's small amount of food.. It shouldn't be an issue to leave with a normal plate take away if you cannot sit down.

Elite Crystal was a great value for all of the services offered. Food at the pool, in the room and at breakfast were all very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great stay with the family!

Excellent staff.whole place needs a refurbishment.Hotel has a smokers smell throughout. Waikiki restaurant good.Location in middle of a building site and not suitable for more than 1 night stay

I do not feel safe here anymore. In my opinion, this is no longer a hotel. It is a club and bar that is out of control. When checking a friend out to head to the airport there was no place to park other than the middle of the street. This renders it almost impossible to move at all for minutes at a time. All of the parking places are used by the Club 360 patrons. The rowdy group that exited the club turned violent and threatening toward me. My offense??? I started my car after sitting for over 5 minutes unable to move because of the club patrons standing around and leaning on my car. All of this was in full view of the security guards who stood nearby and did nothing - even when one man pounded on my car and yelled "I gonna f*** you up m***** f****r!" I had not put my car in gear or made any efforts to move or honk my horn at all. I hoped that the security personnel would respond but they are too busy making sure that nobody gets into the dark club with tennis shoes on. Half dressed women that go in alone and come out with a "date" are allowed nightly. After spending approximately 300 nights at this hotel over the last 3 or so years, I am finished with this one-time favorite. As I said, I do not feel safe here anymore.

Fantastic service! The night I checked in, I received a complimentary plate of fresh fruit, which was a special treat because the tap water in Bahrain is often not very good, so fruit helps with hydration.
The breakfast selection every morning was delicious, complete with strong coffee, fresh local fruit, and tasty American comforts alongside Middle Eastern breakfast favorites. Donald, a server in the breakfast room, was very helpful and just the right level of attentive.
This hotel is also very conveniently located near downtown, just a short walk from American Alley (equivalent to Chinatown or Little Italy in American cities), and a brief taxi ride to the enormous City Centre Mall (highly recommend).
The only drawback to this hotel is the Klub 360 located in the bottom level. The noise from the club lasted long into the wee hours of the morning, but honestly if you're asleep by then you won't even notice.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Juffair!
