  Credi Max POS machines needs to be fixed . We r in April 2018 . And receipt shows May 2017 . Be ware of possible fraud or hacked system.

  HQ doesn't receive clients, no waiting area for customers! I talked the employee through the security office telephone, its located in somehow far & isolated area, you'll have to use GPS to find it, and even with GPS you might have hard time finding it.

  The card was only good when it was introduced, now it is one of the worst online cards available in service terms.The re-issuing system is a disaster, the customer has to ask about every step, their connection with Aramex is a joke. Credimax told me that the issue is between me and Aramex, it is your system just claim responsibility for its deficiencies.
  from call centers to email to direct customer service, it is all niceties without a clear solution.
  The contrast between credmiax and BBK is huge, it is just an online service! get it right!

  Bad service and long waits. Even the Complaints box comes without a pen. And by the way, the reward programme contains hidden terms that make only their super rich inner friends win. That's why all the winners are from the same families and none of them are poor. If you're a peasant, you'll remain a miserable peasant. Keep dreaming.
