Worst branch to open up an account. They don't even know how to use the system!
They should be able to open up an account with 2 forms of ID (passport, driver's license), but they insist on using the smart card so I had to obtain one from the government and come back!
When I came back they opened the account using the smart card only, she had to insert it into the card reader to get all the info so basically she didn't know how to enter the information manually!!response / report this review
