Not good staff. Rude with expats.
They give us time 11:30 and untill 12 no ome called us. Then i check with them. They just said wait for ur turn. The most worse thing is that time doctor was free and was busy with phone.

21 November, 2017. I arrived at 12:50pm, the center was empty. I got a ticket 132 and it was my turn. The tickets rolled 132, 133. I told the receptionist it was my turn he said yes, looking at me emotionless, but the list for patients is full. I said but health center closes 1pm ? He said no it closes 2pm but the list is full. So you go to emergency if you are so sick. I was with flu for over 10 days and the cough was draining me and bringing me down. I was desperate to stop
The cough. So I went to the emergency, which was also empty, just a nurse and doctor were happily discussing if they are going to have a shift together. I was almost in tears helplessly. The nurse measured my temperature and said: come back at 5pm as we cannot take you because you don’t have fever
Is there any professional ethics left in some medical “professionals” I am asking??? Who would be punished for taking patient who doesn’t have a fever but don’t feel well?! What king of hearts some people have?!
This health center needs a serious restructuring and changes. No, other centers are not like that!! This is not the first time I face the arrogance of the administration.

Pathetic service. I had to wait for almost one hour for customer service desk as some of the employees were busy in their chit chat and time pass. On my term the attendant was very rude and impolite.
