The gastroenerologist is so bad!!!! He didn't check anything, didn't even check the color of my tongue!! Which is grey cause of stomach problems. And he was sooo in a hurry for the next patient that I feel like he didn't even listen to me.

We had no negative experience from the doctors or their consultations . I was even treated here few years back.

However, the hospital front desk needs to be trained. We reached the front desk and the receptionist was busy away doing her own task without even asking if she could help us. Then being under the impression, that this was not the place where you take an appointment we went to the next counter. And then we realised the receptionists needs to be told that we are here for an appointment so they will act on it. Else they would continue with their work and ignore us.

Also, while the receptionist was working on making our appointment she was called by her supervisor or incharge questioning her about an incident, which took another ten mins. The supervisor could have discussed this matter by calling her off the desk to his office when it was not so busy!

The pharmacy section is the most unorganized section. The day we went, the ticketing machine was out of service (we do understand technical issues happen). There is no proper process flow. It will be much better if we can arrange entry of patients or cuatomers from one entry where they collect the meds and move on to payment to next counter and then exit.

Here theres utter chaos, you collect ur medicine then go back fight with the entering crowd and then make a payment and the again rush through the entering crowd to exit.

Visiting Al Hilal has increased my stress level I should say the least.

I went to AL hilal hospital today and had to visit this one doctor in room no 147 named Jiju Jacob who is absolutely useless. He used the stethoscope to check me and he kept it on my cloth and took it off in less than a second I don't know what the hell he heard plus he didn't check me anymore. He probably thought that his stethoscope had a wireless connection to me cause it was still on his ears. Plus there was a nurse who I think is just dumb overall they took 5BD for this. PRETTY BAD EXPERIENCE.(Pls Don't visit Jiju Jacob/Munnabai MBBS)

Very poor service and no qualified doctors. Not following the standards of JCI. Doctors are unprofessional. Please always take second opinion before you go for any major treatment will be good for your health.

Appreciating Dr.Hamdan Thangal, Ophthalmologist for his quick diagnosis to an adult and kid, I must say, he is an asset to Al Hilal Adliya branch, he knows the way to approach towards patients, and cares perfectly. hats-off to doctor.

Hilal has by far the worst selection of doctors. I took my mother to Dr. Najeeb, and he gave her medicine for cholesterol after showing reports which we later found to be normal. This was not the only doctor in Hilal to do so. These guys must be sued for their crimes. Please do your health a favor and do not go to these money hungry doctors.

There is no enough parking , exit is leading to a narrow busy road . I think for routine medical problems like cough , fever , dental issues .. it is okay .

Not great however they are somehow fast than other hospitals. I can say that it is Indian hospital and very rare to find Arabic doctors . Even patients 90% are Indian . So if you are any other nationality than Indian you can find other hospitals.

Even though I know this feedback it's nothing and you will not take action or react just like what happened to me in person but let me express my bad experience in this hospital and I will never recommend this area to anyone and I mean what I'm saying all my staff will not enter this hospital anymore also I will write my experience in everywhere
This hospital they don't respect whom they are dealing with
    And staff no training well
One day I come with two kids as usual this time I was not having time to go around there and there and west my time
The doctor was perfect as usual but unfortunately the reception manager and his staff they don't have any idea what they are doing
First before we enter to doctor we approach the reception with two kids we told clearly we have to see the doctor for the second time for both kids and those are the receipt the receptionist she just give us one receipt we go to doctor of course after we messed up because he write a wrong prescription to the wrong child no problem this was the receptionist mistake she just give us one receipt
1- doctor give me the full and the proper prescription And thanks to him
2- we go to the pharmacy and we take the medicine
3- again we have to go back to reception to pay for the injection, breath steam , and blood test,
But receptionist she did not tell us all of this she just let us pay for blood test
We go to do that again we have to come back because the nurse she said we have to pay for the injections again we go to pay for injections we went there again nurse told us to go back we don't have the receipt of steam breathing
We go back recent to do that
I was totally tired standing In a line each time you approach the reception and the staff they don't smile like we are coming their for free and they talk like we are in their home
I was really annoyed and fed up I go to see someone to complain or to tell him what happened I asked for the manager on duty office they showed me and it was beside the reception he was making himself busy with telephone calls and talking to his Frind in the office he feels and he knows that I want to complain because of course I was coming and going. In front of him many time he just told the lady to let me set she will call me back I said I will come back I come back and HE TAKE THW PHONE WHEN HE SAW ME AND MAKE HIMSELF BUSY JUST NOT TO TALK TO ME again I talk to one who is there he said he will let him call me he take my phone. Number and he did not call me till now
(Like shut your mouth off and khaliwhali )this was make me more annoyed and really upset and not to enter this hospital anymore I will complain to the ministry of health and as well I will really share my bad experience with everyone
