  Can't believe how the staff are especially at customer service. They aren't hospitable and lacks customer service which they should provide. complaining about being the only staff at work hence slowing the service and can't even get the job done. To update mobile number took 30minutes and till now it's not updated.

  Very poor customer service.
  Yesterdy before noon time the tocken moved on 1 hour is 52.
  And today it is 35 in 1 hour
  Hundreds of people waiting out side and the service is very slow..
  I found 1 lady staff working continuously, her name isaysha rahma. Realy appreciated..

  In Bahrain, I consider BBK as the most successful bank, especially for their electronic services.
