The lousiest bank in Bahrain for sure. Their service is so bad that they have telephone lines but never receive phone calls.

For one instance, they received the call and just dropped it back again. I’m going to move out from State Bank of India in Bahrain.

Worst. Stay away.
staff doesn't even have basic banking knowledge.
They are confused themselves..
They must learn how to value time of a client.
Looks like they select staff based on the arrogance they exhibits.

Agree with all the comments here.. its the worst service all over Bahrain.. They say customer support Number but never picks up a call. Staffs are of same bureaucratic arrogant and never does a job on time.

the worst bank in whole Bahrain. Never pick up the call . and very slow service. They are following the same pattern as in India. Indian SBI branches also never attend the call.
