Magnificent showroom. Beautiful cars

You go to the receptionist. She ignores you and stays on the phone after you give her one of the highest levels of security breach. U tell her ur car keys for a 2017 A6, paid in cash, were stolen. She ignoresIn addition, you ask the salesman about the price diff of 2 cars. And he insults you by saying: "does this look like a veg. Market?" Their cars r glitchy. They shutoff. The entertainment system freezes completely on a daily basis. Yes. For a 2017 model! You ask one of the managers there about some cars. He clearly states that these questions should be asked to a salesman. Clearly showing. Im the manager. The boss. Dont ask me questions. Management run on arrogance telling you to speak to the sales ppl. When the sales insults you saying "does this look like a veg. Market to you?" Cant speak to sales. Cant speak to management? In conclusion, all levels inbetween this heirarchy is clearly unprofessional. Plus, prices are waaaay higher than BMW. BMW used to have excellent service. After they stole items from my car as well as scratching and breaking things. I wouldnt mind jumping to GAC and trying out the chinese motors for a change. Atleast you wont find the arrogance found here. That I guarantee you. Also, stay away from Kanoo. They sort of fix something then break another part deliberatly. Accuse you of not bringing your LS to service on time. Not just threaten to revoke your warranty. But actually take action and do so. Then when you show a reciept of your last service. They dont even appologize saying "oh, it must be an error in our system." Mercedes. Stay away from them. Gear problems on all models. Even 2019s. Expensive service. Also. When i walked into their showroom with my father and brother. Fully formal. Wanting to ask about their G class. Not.Bd50k g500. Nor Bd 67k G63. Nor Bd 95k G65 v12. But the extremely rare Brabus G65 V12 which goes for well over Bd 110k. Why was the purchase not made? Because not a single salesman approached it in the 25 mins we were there. & when he finally did. The way he reveils the price of the G500 in atmost arrogance. When ur interested in a car Bd60k more than what he thinks you want. Chevy play with prices. This car quote is bd 9. By email. When you go there. Oh no sir. Its 15,999! You show the quote by email and call customer support by Bahrain Gov and they do nothing. Even with an email as proof! To be honest. I bought a bicycle. Take the bus if you must. Hyosung motorcycles have gear problems

Audi makes beautiful cars and the showroom is full of it but no leather interior?? When you are in the market for a car like Audi and ready to pay premium price, expectations are to be "top of the range". Showroom is nice, friendly staff, big space. 🌼

Although I did not end up buying a car from Audi, yet the experience as a potential client was to be frank incomparable with any other Auto Showroom I have been to in Bahrain when looking to buy a car, their sales staff as well as the sales manager were amazing, I would definitely consider Audi as an option the next time I am planning buying a car thanks to the last visit there.

Courteous and polished staff, befitting the luxury products they are selling. You do feel a more personal touch here than if you were to visit a Toyota or Honda dealership. The sales staff know their products very well and are confident without seeming pushy or brash. They are also willing to go that extra mile to snag an undecided customer by making fairly generous offers on new vehicles so they are willing to sacrifice a bit of their margin to get a customer on board. This is not how car dealerships usually work and I'm impressed. Have already bought a car from them.

A very nice showroom with exquisite automobiles. The location and entrance to the area is disturbing. The after sales to the car needs grater attention to customer support and satisfaction.

Pre-sales service is great. However, once you have bought a car, they'll try to fleece you whichever way they can.
