  The sales staff are very approachable, unfortunately I couldn't get a good deal on the VW Tiguan which I had in mind but I really liked how if you're interested for a test drive you'll be in the car for a run in a matter of minutes.

  Friendly sales staff although you do get the feeling they are extremely busy. VW sells very well in Bahrain so add to your salesperson headcount perhaps? Showroom floor could be a little better arranged.

  Car parts not available, and I had to raise a complaint to Germany to get proper investigation for two warranty-based complaints that they wanted to charge for. The car itself - a Passat - seems to have weird factory issues. The new Services Manager does seem to care though.
