The view from our window. Looking at the forte and terrain is spectacular.
The room is spacious and clean with fridge and air conditioning. Very close to restaurants, dress shops and souvenir/antique shops. Highly recommended.

A nice little hotel in the edge of town. Walking distance to the shop and resturant. Love the place, but if you have a rental car it can be very difficult to find the parking space at night. I give them -1 star because of limited parking space.

A nice hotel with a good view of the beatiful valley and Tsarevets fortress. It is located adjacent to the Veliko Old Town. The room is big and comfortable with good shower facilities; but lacks tea making facility.

Good location - near the city centre and also the fortress.
Very friendly staff. The hotel was nice.
The room was OK and very warm.
We were neither fascinated, nor disappointed, but still as I said - it was ok for the price we paid.
Our overall impression of the stay at the hotel, was very good.
All staff members - reception, bell boys, restaurant&cafe, cleaning ladies - were very friendly and helpful.
Our impression was that all people we met from Veliko Tarnovo, in general were great people and great hosts.
When it comes to the negative sides of the hotel, I can say that the breakfast could be very much improved.
Also the room did not have a balcony, although the view was great.
Overall, great experience, we would stay there again if we go to Veliko Tarnovo.

Near by Veliko Tarnovo old street. Very nice hotel with a great view to the valley, you can get here a nice sunrise. Nice employers. Good food. They have parking (free and limited). Very nice interior design, clean.

A nice hotel. And this is all. It is not a 4* by far. Not children friendly. Canteen like restaurant. Smoke smell. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

Rooms small and rooms big, few with matrimonial beds. It is a lucky draw what you receive. Imbued with SMOKE smell, especially in curtains. Număr foarte mic de paturi matrimoniale. Decent matrases, feather pillows available.

It is NOT children friendly. No play zone, bad attitude. Only one baby highchair in the restaurant, dirty and not cleaned between uses.

Fitness room and swimming pool although small, are OK. The jacuzzi is colder than the pool.

The restaurant is a better CANTEEN. The only thing that worth 4* is the view, a great one.
Breakfast with no inspiration and canteen like. A la carte with no links to a profesional, decent one. Example: Bulgarian beans dish is the same with the beans in breakfast, simple food safety things not in place like grilled pork sausage, red from blood.
