Nothing works. Wifi didn't work. TV didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. When we went down to ask for a hairdryer they said yes it doesn't work in that room (no phone in room)??!! Why wouldn't you fix it or put one in there? Also where is the apology?? The location is good for the fortress though and staff were friendly except for the guy at reception.

Situated near the entrance to the fort and about 12 mins walk to the old town. Lobby and rooms were clean and nicely designed. Breakfast emphasized cakes/sweets. Unfortunately Wi-Fi didn't work, TV barely worked and hairdryer was broken. They seemed aware of this but hadn't bothered to fix it.

Very good location, amiable staff and smoke rooms. Very close to the Tsarevets complex. They have a private Parking space which is a prime necessity in the city

Great Hotel. Rooms where clean and neat. The staff where very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Lots of homemade cheese pie and desserts. Only minus was the weak wifi on the 4th floor. Worked great everywhere else. Amazing view from the terrace!

Stayed in room 401. Beautiful views from our windows and from rooftop terrace. Huge shower and good countertop space in bathroom. Good location. Good value. Quiet. English TV stations.

Great place with friendly staff and amazing view. There is a nice terrace on the last floor with comfortable chairs. You can bring your own drinks and enjoy the view from there.
