This is my favorite place in Sozopol. Always friendly and helpful. The bar staff are amazing. The bar menu for drinks and snacks are great and reasonably priced. The outdoor and indoor pools are nice, they also have a baby pool. They have a games room, casino, restaurant, kids club, steam room, sauna, solarium, gym, hair salon and beauty treatments are available. The views are wonderful and they have a nice garden leading to the beach with a small play ground. The location is excellent. FIVE STARS

Very good, clean hotel next to the sea. Delicious breakfasts. But water in pools is freezing, I don't want to swim in pool, because sea is hotter.

Byłam z tatą na początku września w Villi List i było bardzo przyjemnie. Obsługa miła, posiłki w miarę dobre i dość urozmaicone. Polecam spokojnym parom oraz rodzicom z dziećmi w wieku szkolnym. Bardzo blisko do morza. Pozdrawiam obsługę mówiącą w języku polskim a także pozostałych. Dziękuję za miły wypoczynek. Jeden minus to zimna woda w basenie.

Bel hôtel..très bien placébelle vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant. Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Séjour très agréable.

You may have to 'fight' for a "seaview" room where you can actually see the sea and not the pool. They tend to give you worse room than you paid for. Try to get a room on a higher floor. Breakfast is the same for the whole week and it is just eatable. Don't go for All inclusive - there are plenty and plenty of big and small cafes and restaurants by the sea with a descent local dishes. Room service is OK, especially when you leave tips. Overall level of English is also OK.
