"Low cost"/crowded family hotel; enough food, but cheap ingredients; kudos to the staff for trying to offer good service but they're really outnumbered

What a dissspointment! The Daily cleaning of your room contains: making the bed, keep hanging up dirty towrls and taking the trash. The one-room room is very small. There are stains on the "clean" sheets and towels. The buffé is always the same. You have to ask if you need Any infomations like when the snacks are, when they change towels ect. It does not deserve to be Called a Four stared hotel! :( bring your Best friend and avoid to turn rhe lights on and you should be fine ;)

The location they put on here is a lie!!!! The hotel doesnt look at all like the building in the picture. False advertising!
