Rooms are not clean. No towels. No TV. No WiFi. Food is for the pigs. Staff donr give a damn. There is no concierge. No one tells you what's where. There are 3 sections, but they are not marked, and no one seemed to know which one's which from the staff. Real disgrace, stay away. Flies are trying to eat me alive.

This hotel is not a 5 or 4 star.
The bathroom is disgusting and the bed has little covers. There was 4 hangers and when I asked for more I was told it would be fine but I'm still waiting, hours later .
The best thing is the sea view is fantastic.

Hotel very tired. But imposing. I like it being not a snob. Staff really good. I think I'm the only english guy there with his daughter ?

The rooms is very good. Big beds, nice hygiene. It doesn't have any place for the electronics in the bathroom.
Dinner is good, many food to choose from.

very poor hotel and not a 5 star hotel. The outside looks nice but once inside your room, 3 star looks and not clean.

Good and very big hotel. However I advice you to take a room on lower floors because elevators are busy and often out of service

The hotel is very impressive on the outside, but: 1. The hotel has only
ONE functioning elevator, and hundreds of clients. Many times we went to our room (on the 7th floor) with the stairs because it was impossible to wait with so many people to this elevator. 2. The dining room (food, different services) in not in a 5 stars , level at all! 3. The room: the bed wasn't comfortable at all, the room had a TV from the 90's, the bathtub's floor was higher than the bathroom floor which meant that you had to hold on to something when you wanted to get out, otherwise you could fall. It is very dangerous. 4. The spa was so-so, we booked there a massage and then canceled and went to Helena resort which was wayyyy better! But we loved the pool, the hotel had a good location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is definitely not 5 stars hotel.

The location is beautiful but the beauty stops on emerging into the hotel. The rooms are scantily cleaned daily if your lucky. Stayed 7 night had towels changed once and bedding not changed at all.
The food that is served in an evening is exactly the same as the lunch menu which is the same 7days a week.
There was no entertainment what so ever and the pool bar was never opened.
No lights in the lift, staff where as friendly as a bull dog who seemed to take pride in their appearance more than in customer services.
Only good point is the hotel is on the beach.
Sunny beach as a whole is beautiful and the people outside of the hotel are friendly and the food is amazing and cheap.

Firstly we received standard double room with electricity and air-conditioning not working and inconvenient corner position (smaller balcony and limited view). Luckily they upgraded us to different room for only small additional price.

You'd pay additional 35 LEV (13 EUR) per week for a paid internet connection in the room and you get super slow connection (0.7 Mbps download / 0.4 Mbps UPload). Wifi is supper slow. After I switched to a different room it didn't work at all.

Overall, hotel is fine if you don't set any expectations and tolerate Bulgaria's attitude.

    The good:
    - location; close to the seaside, just a minute of walk away
    - room size; quite spacious

    The bad:
    - staff; rude and barely speaks English (nearby shops' staff seems to have no problem with learning at least the basics that they need to do their jobs)
    - housekeeping; spots on linen and towels, lipstick and an unidentified brown spot to name the worst examples
    - general cleanliness and maintenance; rooms seem to be cleaned regularly (toiletries not restocked daily), but the restaurant is awful (more on this later), some lights not working in the corridors
    - internet; free in the lobby (slow), available in the rooms for a fee, we were told that "it's not good" so haven't even tried
    - neighbourhood; incredibly expensive food and services all around in Sunny Beach
    - guests; not the hotel's fault, but still worth mentioning
    - all inclusive food; broken/chipped and dirty plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery, dirty tablecloths, hair found in food, undrinkable coffee (Nescafé, only for breakfast, machines later switched off), guests treated like cattle
    - not enough sunbeds, you have to wake up early to reserve one for yourself, otherwise you won't have a chance to get one. There are more available closer to the sea, for a fee (8 leva for a sunbed, another 8 for a sunshade for a day)
    - noise; air conditioner outer unit below our balcony, runs all day and night, could be heard even through closed balcony door
    - room equipment; only 2 wall sockets, 20 year old TV, tiny fridge (no mini bar); bring a kettle if you insist on staying here
    - poolside bar; disgusting, at least loud pop music is played during the day to make it worse
