Lovely clean hotel and the animation team work their socks off. We didn't like the food too much but there is a huge choice. The cocktails were amazing!

Honestly a great place to be, great clean rooms, new figures made from towels left in room everyday, daily room cleans to keep them clean and tidy, great food and wide variety to please all eaters, wonderful friendly staff working hard to keep the restaurant clean, hard working entertainers keeping all guests smiling and plenty of sports for those unhappy with just sitting by the pool all day. Big clean pools and a large slide. 3 kids pools for the little ones too. great night time entertainment by the workers

The location of the hotel is within a 2 minute walk to the beach with a lot of shops restaurants and entertainment nearby. The room is very clean and spacious with all amenities you require. The staff and friendly and polite and very professional.

Great hotel with everything you need. Central location, close to the beach, bats, clubs, shops. Staff are nice and friendly, there's entertainment every night and loads of activities during the day.

Food and drinks are fine. Pools are fine too but with an 8 year old the 2 large pools are to deep 160cm. Kids need to be able to stand in the water, there are 4 small pools but too small. Just 1 glide thats closed a lot.
My girlfriend is 165cm and can stand in the pool to throw a bal or play with the kid.
Overal its not bad if you dont have kids.
Kids can play in the smaller pools 4m x 4m but thats not that fun for them and limited.response / report this review -

Very good services. Lot of food at any hour, between 9Am and 8pm. Large rooms. Bathroom with music, bathub and shower. Big bed ( 3 pers). And also a sofa. TV, Free wireless, nice view. I reccomend for anyone.

Just got back from a lovely week at Iberostar sunny beach. Very good food, lots of choice. Good annimation team, entertainment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only one thing, the beds were a bit to hard for us. Otherwise had a great time.

Lovely rooms, lovely pools, fantastic food for any taste, great serve yourselves beer and wine. Brilliant polite staff especially the kids and entertainment staff. Found the staff will bend over backwards to help you with any needs. Overall a fantastic hotel especially with young kids

Great location, in the centre of Sunnybeach. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and work really hard with a smile. Only issue I had was the room we were given was very noisy. A constant humming noise. I think the aircondition system was right above us. So avoid room 8104 if you can. Also the cleaning wasn't up to the standard. They hardly get in the room. Food was really good with plenty of choices. Entertainment team does thier best. Plenty to do for the kids. I will go back but definitely not in the same room.
