  Three years ago I rented a car from them and the experience was great ( men was customer service). I really wanted to rent a car from them again, but the lady on the phone made it impossible. Very rude! It was 5:25 PM Bulgarian time and she told me to make my decisions about a car fast, because she had to go home in 20min., when they are open until 6:00PM! I asked about the size of a certain car and she told me to look them online. I had a VIP 5% discount card from my first rental and she told me that they don't honor anything and hanged up the phone. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends or anyone else anymore .

  These guys now what they are doing. Don't let the local brand or the low prices mislead you - you will receive better service, better quality, way better prices and wider choice here than from some of the major world-renowned companies. The conditions are transparent and prices are more or less all-inclusive. The cars they offer are in top-notch mechanical condition, reliable and affordable. Very pleased with them and switched to Tany 97 from another, world-famous rent-a-car provider. Try them!
