  Great place to spend a holiday or a business trip. Nice and relaxing spa and also reliable swimming pool. Friendly and well working staff, great service and good food.

  Good place, good staff and food, good accomodation, but small outside pool with small yard. Good SPA. City center is very close and there is a lot of noise.

  This hotel absolutely deserves 5 stars. By far the best one in Varshets. Absolutely no fault in any area ( and i am very picky). All facilities are beyond expectetation. Service is very good. Food is amazing and very tasty. Keep up the good job.

  Водата е разкошна за разлика от персонала. В дамската съблекалня няма осветление, както и в тоалетните, на пода се образува локва. Няма и шампоан/течен сапун. Хората са симпатични, но не разбират, че дребни неща като тези, рушат имиджа на хотела, а хотели с минерална вода има много.
