  Very rejoicing experience, nice hotel, staff is helpful; pleasant spa/ mineral water. Only remark: outer pool is a bit colder than perfectly comfortable.

  I can hardly say I would recommend this place. Even though it is indeed clean and neat, with great view These are the only good things I can share.
  
  Climate control did not work, which made terrible heat wave throughout the rooms (good luck sleeping whole 38C temperature is surrounding you). Inadequate location of the rooms, in sectors with no direct elevator too the room - you have to carry your bags over floor - unacceptable for 4star hotel.
  
  Poor selection of alcohol (you can literally but NO shots - no tequila, Aftershock, abscent or any other)
  
  Poor conditions in the conference room we hired - huge heat issues and poor preparation of our event.
  
  Spa zones close at 8, including pool No access after that, which is insane. Inner pool looks terrible. Outer pool is clean and neat.
  
  Management was fair, yet I expected a little extra mile from the service to compensate for those headaches.
  
  We couldn't extend to late departure (fine), but it would be a good idea to be able to use outer pool after check out (they demand an extra fee for that which makes you feel unwelcome).
  
  However, management is Keen on helping you, so just call the manager. If he wasn't there, this would have been 1 star!

  Приятен хотел, с добър СПА център и добро местоположение. Персоналът обаче куца, но не чак дотам, за да се откажеш от хубавото СПА.
  
  Nice hotel with good SPA center and good location. The stuff is a bit unfriendly, but the good wellness zone covers this impression.

  Хотела е чист и уютен. Храната в ресторанта е вкусно приготвена. Вършец е едно спокойно място за почивка. В СПА центъра има джакузи с много топла вода и басейн с минерална вода, която е с температура подходяща за плуване. Масажите които се предлагат се извършват от добри и лъчезарни специалисти и са на поносими цени. Препоръчвам това място за посещение и от други.

  Хотелът е прекрасен! SPA комплекса разполага с джакузи, финландска сауна, парна баня, инфрачервена сауна, римска пека и много други. Басейна е голям с разположени около него удобно шезлонги, хотелската част е приятна и луксозна а храната е унилално вкусно. Горещо препоръчвам за почивка.
  П. П. Чаят в лоби бара е уникален.

  Very nice and modern and clean hotel, high standards in the rooms and SPA center. Prices in the restaurant are too high,having in mind just 20-30 meters from the hotel are situated several other places for eating,with half prices of same dishes.
