Great facilities, would have been nice if it was closer to the city centre. Thankfully the city centre bus service was regular and stopped just outside. Very close by to the woodlands. Wonderful view of the surroundings from the restaurant. Excellent choice of food at the buffet breakfast.

The hotel location is far from the city center. It's located in the students city. The rooms are good, modern and clean. Breakfast was fine with good veriaty.

This is not a 4 star hotel. No hot water during 24h. No complain forms for the clients. The hotel manager was not available during the problems. Very noise due to other guests (young atlethes usually sleep here).

We stayed at the hotel for one short night - evening to very early morning departure. The rooms are very nice clean and large. Decoration is modern, and bathroom is new and modernly equipped (very good). We got two connecting rooms, which was nice.
On some rooms the hotel supplies free shuttle to the airport, which we used, and was convenient. It takes 15 minutes, when there is no traffic.
The hotel is also not very far from Sofia Ring Mall, a huge western style mall. A taxi to the mall would cost you around 5 Lev. when there is no traffic.
It is located right on a Lidl supermarket, and one can find food nearby.

We had one issue. I made the reservation for a room for 2 adults and one 15 years old child (specified explicitly on Orbitz/Expedia). When we came the hotel claimed that the child is only up to 3 years old, and that there are only 2 beds in the room. Long discussions, did not help, not even with the hotel manager. I had to pay 20 EU for the extra bed.
On the positive side, after returning home, I received an email from the hotel refunding the money and apologizing for their error (I did not initiate this, and was about to work through Orbitz).

The room was very spacious and the rain shower was great. Good value for a business hotel. Very clean and well furnished. Wish there was a single mattress kind bed instead of two beds pushed together out at least a single large comforter instead of two separate ones since I was traveling with my wife. Also - maybe it was the day - but there was only one agent manning the front desk so both check in and check out took longer than it should have

I have been once in this hotel. The rooms are great! New! Very spacious, nice bathroom. Very clean and comfortable big bed! I was at a high floor. There was nice view to the mountain. I like that there are free parking spots for the hotel. Price definitely equals the quality.
