  Not satisfied at all!!!
  I don't even know where to start from this is not a 4star hotel. it's most likely to be a cheap motel!!! I was checked in to apartment, non smoking , but smelled like it anyway! Heating systems didn't work bathroom, shower gel shampoo lotions, clearly were used and refilled they were unsealed (grouse) I went to the to the front desk to complain and resorptiones saw the bottles and smiled like they knew What was going on i didn't even say a word and gave me a few supposedly new bottles I asked for a manager , no one was on duty .the apartment was not very clean and old like I said not a 4 star ⭐️ hotel stay away!

  Only stayed for two nights, the staff were incredibly unhelpful and are not available 24/7 (as they say). The rooms are dated and smell musty. Clean towels are not provided daily and the room cleaning service left much to be desired. Considering its 4 star rating, I was very disappointed with Hotel Europe.
