Very nice spa hotel. Friendly staff. I hartely recommend the spa. Breakfast is not exactly ***** though, nor was the air conditioning in the room at our third stay (when I asked about that, the advice was "it's not broken, just give it an hour to warm up", unfortunately after 24hrs you could hear it but not feel it). They make you pay for an espresso at breakfast unless you want to drink the usual American coffee. Deluxe room is exactly as a Classic room, no difference except in the price. In October it was very cold in the breakfast restaurant, no air conditioning on. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, especially the 180/200 beds. There is a very nice view of the garden and the surrounding trees. Unfortunately after 3 stays I will have to rate **** overall.

Stayed 2 nights and overall the experience was fantastic. Attentive staff, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, parking lot security and spa employees were on point in providing exceptional service. All requests for iron, towels and laundry service were met with urgency. After laundry service was complete, they even hung up all my clothes.
The spa experience was great. The complementary breakfast was not your ordinary bagel and cereal selection. A variety of hot foods, cheese and ham selection, fruits, the usual brealfast drinks etc.
Hotel is clean , modern, by Bulgarian standards. Bar fridge in the room is nicely stocked but offcourse if you indulge, you will pay for overpriced drinks. This is nothing new of any hotel.
Didn't take advantage of morning yoga classes.
The single most important issue that left a sour taste was that we made the mistake of not finding out the cost to have some laundry done. The cost of having 2 jeans 4 shirts and 3 pairs of socks was almost the cost of the hotel room for the night.response / report this review -

Very Disappointed:
+ Nice and Helpful Staff
- Breakfast (some parts) definetly not fresh
- Saggy mattress
- Dirty and loose bathroom fittings
- beetle and Bees in The bathroom lamps
- hotel left best years behind
