Extremely disappointing attitude. For two years now, I have been throwing my money at more than one or two specialists from the clinic.
Visits are recorded after a long wait, and then they beat you up, hang you up, and you can't even contact them when needed. After all the research and many examinations, I am very sorry for the time lost and the lack of success.

Overall a bad impression. Terribly long wait on the spot, success is if they pick up the phone, the doctor who was examined (Rusev) promised to call after the results come out. He didn't ring. He doesn't answer Viber and doesn't pick up the phone for the second week. We had to bite and ask for the results of the clinic. After we took them, we called him again to explain them to us - again no reaction and no answer. And all this against the background of probably the highest prices in Sofia. I do not recommend.

Great professionals in MC! I completely trust them for everything! Regarding the reception, they have always been responsive and correct, I have not had a problem with booking an appointment, I have always called when the schedule of the relevant specialist! They also call me to confirm the time a day in advance and if there is a delay of the day with the Dr.'s hours, they also inform me. P.S. I'm not an insider! :) You are awesome!
