Hi! I was ar the village today and i had a blast! The service was great and it was really big! There were several pools as well as stores. It was pizza places to eat lunch and dinner and overall my experience was super great!

Very nice place. Good rooms with microwave and washing machine. Clean. Santa Marina has several pools, some restaurants and stores inside the area. Recommended for families with children.

Truly beautifull place. Rooms are nice, all the facilities are amazing. The nature is stunning it is like you are walking through a forest. The waitress are a bit slow, and often forget that you are waiting to order for 15 mins, and that happened every single day. Sometimes the bartender on the pool bar can be a bit rude. The game room is dirty and looks like the room is about to collapse. At the market the cashiers are sometimes pretty slow and rude. An amazing place with a lot of potential, but raise the quality of these small things so the price point is worth it.

The attention to detail at this place is incredible; The grounds are impeccably maintained, and everything is constantly inspected by staff - like a luxury hotel. Reception staff and bar staff are helpful and happy. The on-site shops, bars and restaurants charge pretty-much standard local prices for things; there's no mark-up because it's self-contained.

Amazing resort with tasteful architecture and arrangement of apartments and sites (restaurants, pools, bars) that is nonrepetitive and reflective of local styles yet modern and functional. Beautiful gardening, excellent breakfast for a low price and thin crust pizzas, pasta and Bulgarian cuisine mixed at a high standard. The only problem are door locks that require an engineering degree to lock: lift the handle, turn key towards frame twice, reverse, retract, done.

very good resort with nice location, all family members will enjoy, the adults and the small ones too specially if avoided the high season times.

Way too many Russians! This destroys both the quite atmosphere you'd expect and also the overall mood of the place.

Felt like I needed Russian visa to enter

Stayed from 15th to 19th August, we were looking to buy an apartment near Sozopol.
Had a great time and my son loved the daily activities, always lots going on and you feel very welcome.
We would not buy here due to lack of beach space but there is a road train that takes you to a very nice beach 'Kavatsite' in about 25 minutes.
Slightly strange feel to resort as feels more like a forest campsite rather than beach complex but a clever use of space.

Great vacation place for family, we really loved it, went there with our 8 month old baby, even she seemed to enjoy her stay :). We are considering buying an apartment in the property if we find what we like, for now we have been accomodated into a small apartment, but I am sure they have larger ones. We recomende the place. We gave 4 star as realistically this is the level they offer, 5 is not in reach for this property.

I've stayed at the Santa Marina Holiday Village for a wedding, and had an absolute blast. The staff was very friendly (although their English wasn't very broad, which resulted in interesting conversations) and tried to make your stay very pleasant.

The apartments are large enough to use as a meeting place for friends and to cool down after a long day. With 4 pools there is never a pool far away from you.

All in all, I had a wonderful time here!
