We were part of an all inclusive deal, however you didn't have any choice in regards to the food. Half the features in the hotel were not operating as it wasn't in the season. The staff was okay, but not really that helpful. Room was top notch - no issues there.

The hotel it self was up to standards and for affordable price. I really loved the pool and sauna. Bansko and the ski center was lovely, ideal for beginners that wanna ski. Although, the price for the ski ramp was too expensive, but the rental of ski set was really cheap. All in alllovely place, worth the wisit and relaxation.

Excellent place! Part apartment, part hotel - every room had a kitchen and living room, but you didn't need to cook. Staff was super friendly, the place was hot 24/7 and the food was amazing. All in all a lovely, inexpensive experience

Lovely place friendly people. Nice restaurant with good food. Superb swimming pool with steam and sauna rooms. Had a fabulous Summer holiday and will be returning for the Winter season.
