  Very proper place. We went here to eat after hiking. The pizza and juice we're great! Our waiter was excellent and friendly. The patio area was nice. They put everyone out there, so kind of packed.

  Oh dear. On being seated my wife asked for drinks and a jug of water to be told "you can't drink the water it will upset your stomach, I should know I'm a local". This just isn't true. I don't mind being told that you don't serve tap water but lying to make a bit extra is not acceptable. Youngest son asked for a chicken milanese. Waiter said they didn't have chicken but offer a replacement with veal instead. What he didn't tell us (we only noticed when we got the bill) was that we would be charged roughly DOUBLE for the replacement (around £15 with chips). Unfortunately I 'd paid at the point I realised and the waiter could not be less interested in me pointing out the lack of transparency. Pizza was not better than OK. Salad was good. Haloumi was poor. All in all this was our most expensive and worst meal in Bulgaria. Bansko has a poor reputation for food and on this level Victoria doesn't disappoint.

  Huge menu with a lot of items. The food is very good and the place is very clean and neat. We ate there 4 times during the off season.

  One of the best restaurants in bansko. The food is great and the service is good (specially in Bulgaria where the service is not a strong point). The atmosphere is good. The music is too loud and it doesn't fit to the restaurant (electronic music all the time). Make a reservation in advance, it's always full.

  Simply Superb!
  
  We've ate here every single day, each dish was excellent. Service is good, the place itself is nice and the prices give good value for money. Only thing that wasn't perfect were the deserts (reasonable though)
  
  I strongly recommend the goat cheese salad!!!
  
  A few small suggestions to make the place fit the character more:
  - don't put the napkins in their holder on the table
  - the pop music at evenings, really?😀

  The restaurant located in hotel Uniqato and has a parking area right behind it.
  Atmosphere is beautiful in alpine stile.
  The servise was fast and extremely professional.
  Food is excellent and the prices are as in similar restaurants in the resort.
  We were for lunch and had a great time the kids were happy and fed and the dessert was amazing!
  We are definitely coming back
