Overall a hotel. Service is in line with Bulgarian standards, which is to say not great but OK. The indoor pool was pretty good.

The overall hotel condition and room level doesn't correspond to 4* hotel. The room furniture was more like 90's and the sleepwear was stinky from the detergent which is not very nice when you just got out from the bathroom. The other very disappointing thing was that the jacuzzi was paid and wasn't included in the SPA service. Usually the SPA is included in the price, especially for a hotel 4* pretending to be on a high level. This is the first place where the jacuzzi is paid and believe me the prices are very high. Next, the slippers weren't provided in rooms and we had to go to the SPA reception to ask for them .and last, there was only one blanket, too small for 2, on a double size bed.

However the SPA was cozy and the staff was very helpful and smiley.

The hotel has a truly mesmerizing garden and the outdoor pool is pretty nice and well maintained. It's a great place for a relaxing get away or for celebrating a special event. I would definitely fancy a nice romantic dinner there this summer! Just the though of enjoying my meal (food was pretty delicious) under the Blagoevgrad stars gets me pleasure chills :))) Summer 2016, come already!
