  They delayed ordering a mattress for more than 2 months, justifying themselves with the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer, who told me that they were not paying for their orders and that they had stopped deliveries.

  So bad service I had never encountered in an online shop! First they delivered the kitchen itself without the ordered ones, back and top. After nearly a month, I received the counter but the back was quite different in size. If you go to make a complaint, you are loading with great patience, the phones are almost always ignored or lifted or begin to justify themselves in all possible way.
