Easy to locate. Shops dealing in various foods. Upstairs is a cosmetic shop. Not a good environment for perfumes.

Your regular town market with fruit, vegetables, cheese and such. Also, a few jewellery stores, crafts, and cosmetic (2nd floor). Its nice to spend an hour if you can spare the time.

Sofia central market, it offers good choice of fish and fruits. Not as crowded and lively as other "closed" markets in eastern Europe. Not far from the more typical street market that offers much more at least in terms of fruits and vegetables. Still a good place when walking around in Sofia.

Beautiful building, nice shops inside. Tsentralni Hali /we call them just Halite/ was opened in 1911. And we can say that they were the first Mall on the Balkans. :)

Clean and tidy place, good shops with a variety of different goods, ranging from food, fresh and prepared take-aways of bulgarian cuisine, to non food souvenirs and daily necessities

This place used to be much more lively years ago. Still, it is a decent choice if you are looking to buy some fresh fish or meat. They have a fresh juice stall, leather goods shops, olives and ice-cream shops, pharmacy, various services (key copies), a big cosmetics shop on the second floor.

Everything from souvenirs to fresh deli food and wine. Seating for the cafe only. Don't miss the Roman ruins downstairs, the century old clock and the architecture of the place.
