We love this hotel with all their All inclusive options. Staffs are very helpful and hard working, trying to make everybody happy .
Love the Bulgarian food with all varieties fresh & tasty dishes . Special tanks to the Chef , the Hairdresser , the Massage therapist and The receptionist - Ibrahim . They are great!
We come all the way from Arizona and choose this place because was recommended. And we are glad we did it .
My message to those people that complain about everything, come down from your high horse and appreciate this hard working people.

Хотела е приветлив.Персонала е позитивен и отзивчив.Храната в ресторанта е разнообразна.Спа зоната е на средно ниво.При пълен хотел не отговаря на капацитета.Има условия за деца.Подръжката на апартаментите е нещо върху което трябва да работят.За семейна почивка е подходящ.

The food was good and the people from the service desk were very kindly. The disadvantage was the water in the pool. Also the hotel was crowded, but the restaurant is not enough for too many people.

The hotel is very beautiful. If you're having a great day, be sure that is going to be ruined by the staff! They barely know English and are extremely arrogant. I wonder who gave them the job there? Bad!
