Watched Dunkirk here in the original English soundtrack with Bulgarian subtitles. Very cheap experience and the cinema was nowhere near full. They could start making sweet popcorn though; isn't that a thing everywhere else in the world?

Nice IMAX screen. Flawless projection, seating a little narrow for taller people. 3D glasses need to be paid unless you bring your own.

Average cinema. Quite pricy compared to others (And the quality is not better then theirs).

It was just amazing considering that I am from a small country, the screen was huge they also gave me the 3D glasses to take them with me!

Cinema City isn't at all interested in its regular customers.
I was supposed to receive a call from management explaining why the Exit door was opened 10 minutes before the ending of "Arrival" (the Premiere, not the reduced Tuesday/Thursday screenings) -> destroying the final moments of the film with the annoyingly bright light coming from the hallway. On top of the whole thing the employee was just standing there, mid-screen, clearly visible due to above mentioned brightness, through the ENTIRE ENDING of the movie. The most annoying thing was that later she lied to my face that what I just described isn't true. Never received that promised call from management. I'm a regular customer (on average I visit Cinema City twice a week) and I'm taking my money and my love for movies to Arena and Cine Grand.
