Carrefour is no longer pressed here. The stores are not for tourists. The ppl do not k ow English and speak to you in Bulgarian I cannot understand the Slavic alphabet.. what do I need to do if I am in the European Union? Learn Russian?!? No way!

Lots of clothes shops, Cinema city is there too. Good cafeterias. There are massage chairs and kids games.

It's doesn't have much variety, not enough shops, but it's the only mall in the city. Definitely there are better places to visit for shopping or just hanging out. Otherwise is has the basic things a mall needs and the potential to become better if they add more brands.

Big nice building with potential to become a great shopping centre. Unfortunately there are lots of empty vacant stores inside. The second floor is empty, literary.

Great Mall. Well organised but empty at some places. Customer turnout is good for a city like Rousse or Ruse however you call it.
The mall can improve but it will need to spend some heavy money.
I hope it can maintain its present image and do even better in the future
