Huge rooms, very friendly and helpful staff! Very clean with nice bathrooms. Pets allowed - not typical for a higher class hotel. Would definitely recommend!

While the room was upgraded free of charge, the hotel staff are very quiet and almost indifferent, making it an okay visit.
We stayed on a fairly warm summer's day (around 28 °C) and the rooms were sweltering, even with the aircon on maximum - so I would not suggest this hotel in summer, when Ruse reaches temperatures in the high 30's and mid 40'sresponse / report this review -

Good value for money. It's close to city center, hotel parking (not enough big for needs), staff service quite good. Breakfast is terrible for 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean but not all are big. Good hotel for business or weekend trip.

Excellent hotel for business trips. Very close to Danube river. The interior is all about aristocratic look with a lot of paintings from local established painters (some of which you can purchase). Food and service is on a very good level.
