The staying in Iceberg Bansko hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast and SPA very much. We will definitely come again to Hotel Iceberg Bansko

Nice experience. We were 2 couples and we stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast is ok, bot so much variaty but something new every day. Good ti get a nice start before hiting the slopes. Room was great, 2 bedroom apartement (108) with living room, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Dinner is ok. Try "Delicious Fries + Ribbs". Room was cleaned every day, toeel change every 3 days.Spa center was great decent pool, Turkish Steam Bath and Jacuzzi all included in the price :). It was a great holiday.

4 star for the 3 star hotel. It is 3 star hotel, but the staff was helpful all the time. The ski bus was driving daily no matter that for 2 days I was the only passenger. The food was classic Bulgarian nothing special. Jacuzzi sometimes was hot sometimes was cold they did not care to fix it.
