Стаята и банята ни бяха реновирани и чисти,но чаршафите бяха стари,на места прокъсани,а хавлиите - захабени и с неопределен цвят.

Very outdated, no service at all, tv was about 15 +yrs old. No breakfast. The so called tavern not working - under renovation as we were told but would open if there is a booking. Queen bed in the room had been made with two single bed bed sheets that were slipping at every turn so you end up on bare matress that was worn out itself. Balcony railing rusty and peeling off. No chair or anything to sit on while there. No drink making facilities in the rooms. The tiny mini bar was placed straight on the floor - empty and not working. No attention or care to both customers and rooms. Front desk attitude was poor and almost not existing - unless you ask something yourself. Only pluses are the relatively cheap prices, central location and Wi Fi.
