I stayed here for a few nights and it is a superb hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the executive room I had was luxurious with a wonderful view across the Danube. The spa and fitness centre are good and the massage lady is outstanding. I had some deep seated aches in my back when I arrived, she cleared them all. I believe she trained as a physiotherapist as well as a masseuse. Wi fi and air conditioning work well and parking is easy. I have been travelling round Bulgaria for 2 weeks and this is the best breakfast I have had in that time. It is a truly excellent hotel and ridiculously cheap for what it offers.

I live in Ruse and am telling you how awful is this place. Restaurant staff had no attitude. We ordeted beers while waiting to order the dinner. Beers tasted rubbish like water mixture, probably they mix with water to account less sales and staff share some money. Rude waitress left us without dinner. We only asked what time closes the kitchen as we arrived late in the garden of the restaurant and an old lady started tirade about our arrival, the drinks ordered and what do we want at all. Just a simple yes/no answer was required but waitress seemed so angry. Bad rude manner in answering questions about dishes. There are much better places in the town, avoid this mistake.

The Executive Double was perfectly comfortable, with a decent bathroom. Free parking and excellent WiFi coupled with a beautiful view across the Danube and an excellent location close to the city centre

Stayed here with family great room over looking Danube river,staff so friendly love children and treat older people so respectfully,food great and bar area good loved it there,great for walking around.

Sometimes, I go to a expensive hotel and find many stuff not well positioned or missing at all. Here this is not like that and you can also enjoy really nice views at the Danube river.

Take it from someone who has been there. They have very awful rooms and very nice ones. Just you can't be sure where you'll be accommodated. And by awful I mean - stains on the rug, sheets and curtains. Bulgarians will understand if I say - my room reminded me of Sofia Student City conditions. The restaurant is on the last floor and has very nice view and is also very fancy but the food was rubbish and expensive. My advice is - avoid this hotel if you plan to accommodate business partners.
