The beds in the room are in need of replacement the mattresses are worn out.
Breakfast was very poor the hot food was stone cold and the continental option was sparse.

Very good location and that is all. Nothing good can't be said! Don't make the mistake to stay here! Rooms are dirty, stuff unfriendly, breakfast - disaster!

The stuff in this hotel is very nice always at help anytime. Rooms clean and bathroom with bath tube is a nice present. Calm.
To Sofia center can go by taxi around 7min which is very cheap about 2,50€ one way.
Breakfast is ok there is some choice though bread quality not so fantastic (frozen!)
The thing to change in this hotel could be the heating sistem, there is an airco which works as a heater too,it gives a bit too much noise for my regard. Hall is over heat. Though these are minor features I could sleep in the winter almost without heating. And please tune the piano from time to time :)

This is not a four star hotel, more like 2, the rooms are in need of renovation and repair with cracks and broken panels. Breakfast was terrible, especially the waitress who was really rude and couldn't be bothered. The location is good, and the prices of the rooms are cheap.
