Приветливо място ,с много лъчезарен персонал,с добри цени за нощувка. Лесно е за намиране и има достатъчно парко места.

I reserved two rooms on a visit to the property for my family who were coming for my commencement, a month later I stopped by to check if the reservation still holds and they have cancelled it without informing me. I renewed it and a week before the event called to check on them - they assured me the reservation stands and all is good. You can imagine my surprise when I go there with my family and they tell me - we don't have a reservation on such name and the hotel is fully booked for the last four days. At least, they had the decency of sending us to another hotel, but it was out of town, which is not very convenient.

Направихме резервация за две спални на място 1 месец преди събитието, заради което ни бяха необходими. От хотела не ни поискаха капаро, за всеки случай се обадихме две седмици по-рано, за да проверим дали резервацията ни не е отменена - бяхме уверени, че имат запазени две стаи за нас. В деня на събитието, отивайки на място, рецепционистката ни уведоми, че резервация на наше име нямало и хотела бил напълно пълен от четири дни насам, а нашата резервация не фигурирала на никой от предоставените и календари.
