The restaurant was good, rich menu with domestic and international cuisine. The domestic Patatnik was really tasty. The swiming pool is rather small but all the rest in the Spa was good, sich as sauna and steam bath. I've experienced one of the best massages ever. Rooms are clean and cozy, great view to the mountain and the ski slopes.

Well, if I ever write a review usually I put 4 to 5 stars. This hotel pretends to be a 5-stars hotel but definately it is not. Pamporovo is very charming resort and many years ago Orlovetz probably was a better place for family vacation. Nowadays it is a place full with all-inclusive tourists from UK, Turkey etc. The food was not good and overal experience is average.

The location was amazing and the food and service were stellar. What I probably liked most about this hotel, next to the scenery, was the selection of delicious foods served buffet style. For meat lovers and vegetarians alike there was plenty to choose from. I didn't use the spa or pool area but friends who did highly recommended the message therapist. This is the place for a mountain summer get away.

Great hotel with amazing mountain view. A big disadvantage is, however, the lack of a proper SPA center. There are only 2 seats at the relax zone and the capacity of the sauna is 3-4 people.

It has a very beautiful view, but for a 5* hotel we had problems we didn't expect: the 3rd bed they put had 2 missing wheels and my with no chance to stay on it. They changed it on my request, but I didn't understand how they expected to stay with it. The food was ok, but for drinks (except water) at dinner, they charge you.

I can't call this a 5star hotel. A lot of basic things were missing. The rooms were clean, except the balcony. There were a huge pile of cigarettes, obviously from the previous guests, that nobody cleaned. Excluding this, the views from the higher levels are awesome.
