Very nice service and flats. Good location to spend also summer holidays. To escape the heat and crowds of the coast!

Parking is horrible, food is very bad, breakfast is basic, hole place is totaly bad and cheap designed and build. Only good thing is it is near the slopes

Good concept but needs better maintenance. Rooms are spacious, we were staying in rwo bedroom apartment and it had two bathrooms also, fully equiped kitchen. Walking toward the ski slopes is via stairs and escalators which are not always moving in the desired direction, this is a nuisance when you have ski equipment. The Spa centre has a big pool little bit cold but usable, saunas are ok, wardrope area too small. There is restaurant in the complex and the food is good. Parking free in front of the complex. Generally good aparthotel.

I will start with the very unprofessional staff - it was hard to get any useful information from them and since there weren't any brochures in the room I had to ask for absolutely everything I needed - can we use the spa, which parts of it are included for free and which are paid.. how to use the WI-fi.. are there any meals included, how can I use the fireplace and so on. I've been to lots of hotels and this was a red flag for me. Every decent hotel either provides this information in a brochure inside your room or the staff kindly explains all of that to you at arrival. The negative experience was just barely firing up. Turned out Wi-Fi was not available although the offer in booking claimed free Wi-Fi was included Only in the lobby they said Unbelievable! There are 5 buildings and you get internet access in the lobby in one of them.. When I was leaving I saw that I could have paid 2 euros per day for wi fi in my room which I would have done if I knew there was such an option, but again - the staff didn't tell me about it even when I specifically asked if there was internet access in my apartment. The room was cold as ice No central heating. Some old school barely working convectors (some of them did not work at all). We were forced to use the fireplace which costs additional 8 euros. I paid those ad hoc in one of the freezing nights I had in my apartment and when I was leaving the hotel they wanted to charge me again for that. Hot water only using electric boiler if you turn it on of course (nobody tells you that so it is highly unlikely to do it when you arrive and don't expect this). I stayed for three days and towels were not changed. The whole place is just badly neglected with many of the things broken, leaking or not working. On the positive side - it has the best location next to the ski slopes, lots of finders keepers parking spaces outside and it has good kitchen equipment and appliances. If I go to Pamporovo again I will definitely look for another hotel.

Pros:
Perfect location (may be one of the best in the resort): ski to door. Good place for families with kids. The apartments are suited with kitchenette. Relatively good SPA.
Cons:
No WiFi. Sometimes problems with the lifts, which could be painful when crawded. Small sauna where you are not allowed to poor water :)response / report this review
