Solid hotel, but not 4 stars. Biggest minuses were not excepting cards and rude people by the pool. Overall everything was fine, personal great, rooms and food also. Even I, as someone who has to eat gluten free, have a great time. If you are not some kind of snob, you will enjoy stay here.

Hotel marvel is okay, no major problems. Not enough sun beds though and people leave towels down so others can't use the sun beds even when they're not there. Staff Can be a bit blunt. There's also not enough plug sockets in the rooms. We only have one plug socket on there entire room which means we needed to take turns charging phones ext.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It was ok but completely average, the food was poor and staff lacked manners.
The only real positive is how friendly the entertainment staff were; Bobi and co were lovely.

How do they do it for the money!? Lovely food and staff that can't do enough for you. Everywhere was kept very clean. Around a 20 minute walk to the main bar area but why go anywhere when the drinks are large and free!

Stayed here once before and was a magnificent experience!! At the time my daughter was 6 months old so cleanliness was of upmost importance (still is now), friendly staff was a must and the range of food and being able to warm up baby food was compulsory! All of these things were well supplied!! The spa was amazing! I most definitely recommend the Turkish bath and massage!! Every staff member was kind, ,compassionate and extremely helpful! Coming back in may! Can't wait to return!! See you all in May!!

Great hotel, excellent service, food is plentiful.

The rooms are kept very clean, and they change the beds every 3rd day.
Rooms are large and the bathroom is okay. Take a multi plug socket as the room as only one plug socket

All the staff were very friendly and helpful

The beach is only a 2 minute walk away.

The only downside is there isn't enough sunbeds for the number of guests

This was my first time to Bulgaria asked I will definitely go back

The hotel itself is wonderful. The room cleaning however. Not great. Lock all belongings up! No matter how unstealable you think it is. The staff like to hide belongings. No idea why
