A bit expensive, but fast check in or through security as well. No qs, a lot space for small airport.

Had the utter misfortune of departing from this airport a couple of weeks ago. Far and away the absolute rudest and most aggressive airport staff I've ever encountered. The worst was a guy in Costa who seemed to think eye-rolling and sighing is inherent in customer service, or even basic manners, for that matter. Then proceeded to walk at high speed into my mother while looking the other way and then did nothing but push her out of his way. The 1 star is for the last guy we dealt with who was ACTUALLY nice and ACTUALLY sold us a nice coffee (which was all we wanted in the first place).

Wifi doesn't work, this is worse than a developing country. It keeps going in a loop but won't connect.. Amazing..

Line for passport control was worse than in the US or France.. And the line was full of holiday makers, just look at the picture..

Small and very crouded (in summer season) airport. Everything is well organized. A few duty free shops and coffe shops. Mcdonald also is there.

Not the biggest or best airport ever. When we flew in, we got through immigration within minutes Just to had to wait an hour to get our bags. Granted it was at 1am, but there were no other flights domestic or international.

On departure the airport was quite quiet and we got through security and a moderate time, 10-15 mins or so.

The duty free is not really that good as all the prices are in euros and then the charge you in Leva, but give a horrible exchange rate.

Post security there is a McDonald's, Costa and a small bar. All typically overpriced.

The rudest staff I've ever encountered in my life. Information desk is of no help at all. They should be fired. Gets insanely busy when the slightest thing goes wrong. Wifi fails when to many people use it.

Really good assistance given by the staff to help my daughter through check in and boarding. As she has a broken collarbone. Security was quick with no qs. Area once you are through security where you can smoke and have a alcoholic beverage if you desire. As far as airports go totally stress free.

Burgas Airport is fine; the shops after security are a complete rip-off. E.g. I was charged 6 leva for a can of local beer that had a "Recommended Retail Price 1.25 lev" flash around the top. Prices in Duty Free are higher than Waitrose.

Flew out of here last summer. Maybe its for the russian tourists but the attitude of the duty free shop staff is disgusting. They even try to short change. Appaling.

As a person, who has flown in and out of there many times, I can say that the staff is nice and friendly most of the time. The prices at the shops, however, are ridiculous!!! Bus number 15 is going to the railway station/bus station in Burgas, so save your money and get that instead of a taxi ;)

There are crowds of people inside in rush hours (from 2pm to 6pm) and there are not so many seats to wait for your flight. The toilets are clean and nice.

As airports go this one is good

Nice and clean with a large food hall area. The food shops are also at the gates, these include coffee shops, sandwich bars and McDonald's.
The duty free is a typical modern one, which you have to go through to get to the gates.
