The only plus is pine trees. All inclusive Restaurant is terrible dirty smelly hole: Staff rude, not cleaning, dont speak English,they just standing in there.
Reception is better.
Cleaners in rooms are good.
Under 2 old grumpy managers, both need to be replaced!response / report this review -

Just got back after 2 weeks here, hotel is in a good location walking distance to the beach and bazaar and other restaurants which is good to know as the food at the hotel is very poor. They serve the same foods every meal. The chicken is raw. Flies all over the food. The hotel is ran by kids which is clear to see they don't care about the guests. Hardly any English here mainly polish, Romanian, German who are the rudest people I have ever met. We read the reviews before we went and thought how bad could it be.turns out it was terrible. Please take my advice do not go here especially if you have children as the evening "entertainment" is inappropriate for children to watch

When first arrived as a family of 3 me my wife and our 7 year old son the first impressions were good. Room was as in pictures pool looked good and atmosphere seemed good. After one day tho it seemed there was 40 young boys (football team ) staying in hotel running riot with what seemed absolutely no supervision. We complained after second night and were told we would ask to get them moved to which they inevitably refused so we decided as to let it not spoil our holiday we would move and all was ok. Now on to the food 🤔 now I work as a chef and am aware of what happens to food if left to cool in room temperature back home in Britain but in this heat it was only a matter of time both I and my son got food poisoning. Tried to complain but got no where staff were arrogant and didn't care we kept hearing the word viral which got me more angry and when asked why the don't even try to keep food hot they said that's how we eat in bulgaria🤤. Raw chicken served almost daily cold food tipped on top of the lukewarm food that was coming from kitchen a real shambles really, surficed to say we ended up eating out almost all the time as my son didn't even like to walk past the restraunt by the end of the holiday. People who stayed there were mostly Bulgarian,Romanian,Russian,Polish and they pushed past you jumped in line in restraunt/bar just awful rude people( most of them)there was a few brits all of whom we spoke to couldn't wait to get home. I read reviews and thought aw it will be ok but it really isn't they shouldn't be allowed to serve food the way they do someone will get severely ill or worse. the staff most of them are kids not caring no standards and generally useless. I would not stay here again if they paid me please don't come especially if you have a weak stomach or kids I could go on cause they were more incidents that we had to endure in our 14 night stay but fingers are sore Lol! Please heed my words do not come here it really is a hotel from hell!!!!!!!

It's family friendly and very relaxed also close to centre not a lively place but great for families with children it's our second visit and hopefully not our last not many English but who cares .. .family fun

I didnt find something to actually like.. i can talk for ages what is wrong here, but im not the target group for this hotel so no bother. I'd suggest the hotel to groups of kids on summer school trip. Shall you be searching for anything else, please .. please.. please keep away.

Ogólnie może być. Niezły kompleks. W szczegółach: mogłoby być częściej. Brak parkingu hotelowego, trzeba szukać miejsca w okolicy.

I can not understand the comments below who write that liked this hotel.
This hotel is the most horrible place on earth for my whole stay of eight days had never been cleaned room.
Hygiene is terrible service staff is discourteous and sometimes vulgar.
The hotel is not renovated for long time.
Albena is a nice place but this hotel is a nightmare.
People who liked this hotel most likely never been to another or live in the Stone Age.response / report this review -
