The personal is cold, rude, ironick and is providing surprisingly bad service. There are garbage cans full next to the swimming pool and nobody is cleaning them.
The lifeguard is shouting at tourists with agressiveness. The beer and the wine is poor quality; the food is good though.
This was my first time in this hotel and the last as well. Huge disappointment!
