Clean spacious and comfy apartments. Billiard at the lobby, tennis courts and the relax center were a lovely add-on. The location of the complex was easy to find and close to all pretty nearby areas in Smolyan , Pamporovo, Chepelare & Bachkovo. The buffet breakfast was not bad at all as well - eggs, bacon, salami, fruits, croissants and more. I would love to have the chance to go back soon.

Besides the food, everything is very nice. Place feels comfy, with all the things you need for your vacation.

Overall very nice hotel for summer vacation. Close to Mechi Chal lift. Restaurant is pretty simple and lacks vegetarian meals. The swimming pool is cozy but with questionable hygiene. Rooms are big and comfortable with decent set of kitchen supplies. The hotel is quiet and not expensive. Price/quality ratio is great.

A nice hotel with average standards.No special luxury, but everything needed is available: nice room, nice facilities. Hotel is opened all year long, perfect base to explore Rhopodes in summertime. We had a great time

The lift is running in front of your windows.
You can also look into the apartments of your neighbors.
Food is below standard, with the exception of the Barbecue restaurant.
The waiter brought us a salad which we had not ordered, then appologised and served it to the next table.
Breakfast all the time the same with awful fruits.
Reception not well attended.
Owners have still long way to learn.

Very pleasant stay here. The staff are all friendly but be warned that the wifi on the very top floor is patchy! However I relished the excuse to disconnect whilst on holiday so a silver lining?
The knowledgeable bar staff gave some good recommendations of restaurants in nearby towns - have a chat with them!response / report this review -

The hotel is very nice and clean, stuff is polite and good. You have everything what you need, swimming pool, sauna, exelent 💆 therapist,great food. Ski slopes are near.
