Clean and spacious rooms. Looks really good and posh. Restaurant is nice with good breakfast. No air-conditioning. Sauna and Russian bath did not work. Pool was really cold.

Horrible place for the summer. The hotel does not have air conditioner in the rooms! It is definitely not 5 star hotel. We had lunch in the restaurant - the bill was wrongly overcharged with additional quantities. On an adjacent table we heard how the waitress mixed up their order for water and beer. We were 3 tables tatally. There are 2 restaurants - one in the maze that works during the day and is less pleasant and the one that looks better is only used for breakfast. The breakfast is not impressive. The coffee is blah. We went to a neighbourinf hotel for real one.
The hotel smells! not just the room but the lift and the hallway. The rooms are smaller than on the pictures i booking. There are constant road repair noisy work outside the window. From outside the hotel looks very cosy and beautiful though.

The person in charge of communication for reservations is beyond rude. The hotel is way off 5 stars - there's no air conditioning.

It is probably one of the best choices in Borovets to stay but we went out of the season and the breakfast was very poor. Despite that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff and great looking old vibey hotel. They're trying to push apres ski with a DJ outside, but our experience was there isn't the demand for it here sadly.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the staff is helpful, the food is tasty. You can see the forest all day long, go to spa or go to the slope. You can have great time anyway.
