  Very conveniently positioned at the slopes. Rooms ok, little tired equipment & beds but perfect for a week ski vacation. No hassle and no frills.

  This is my first 1 star rating I have ever given, and this is more directed at the service we got as to the place, great location and nice venue. However the service we got was horrendous. We dealt with 3 different reception ladies and all of them were unfriendly, unprofessional, rude and not helpful in any way. This has been my worst service experience and will not recommend Flora purely because of the service we recieved.
