It is horrible. From the employees that don't do their jobs, to the lack of variety in food and the old furniture in the rooms along with the lumpy pillows and depressing surroundings. I wouldn't recommend, I'd rather just stay at home and look at the money i paid for the acomodation. But the most important part is that the maids don't clean the rpoms, don't change the bedsheets and don't even make the bloddy beds. At check in, I found toenails on the floor, I am not joking.

The rooms are quite nice, but the hotel ethics are quite intolerable. For example, they want to cash in on every thing you do, either your room is too messy or your towel "mysteriously disappeared". Furthermore, the food in the hotel was so bad, that most of the group decided to eat somewhere else. The selection is quite narrow, every item is soaking with oil and I think they haven't heard of something called salt.

DO NOT GO THERE. Checking out was the best part of our stay! We were supposed to stay for 6 nights, we left after 1!!!! Horrible place!Everything was horrible. The staff at every bar was rude and entitled. The food was disgusting both dinner and breakfast even the bar snack was untouchable. As an example the morning scrambled eggs were made with POWDER EGGs and were uncooked!!! horrible! even the pancakes were disgusting as they were boiled into too much oil. the room smelled of sewers and the receptionist said that it was like this everywhere since there was a problem with the pipes in the entire hotel after we complained. they poured bleach down our toilet to make us feel better but all it did was the smell was disgustingly now of bleach and sewers. we found pubic hairs in the bathroom when we checked in. and told the receptionist to send the maid to clean again. after the maid poured bleach down the toilet she didnt even touch the pubic hairs in the shower, we took a picture. Water pressure in the shower was horrible and it took close to 10 min just to get wet let alone rinse off any soap. the furniture was outdated. the alcohol included in the all inclusive all tasted the same of hard core raki even if it was vodka, rhum or whiskey. horrible cheapest thing ever. and the dinner food was just uneatable everything was a shame. there was a fly on some cheese from a salad bowl and a grumpy waiter stood next to it for 20 minutes without doing anything don't get me started on the draught drinks. even the sparkling water tasted like communist sparkling water, orange and coke flavoured thing were just made of sugar chemical flavoured. the chairs by the pool were broken most of them. i was so terrified of getting food poisoning i checked out the next day. the hotel staff still charged us the first night. mind you it wasnt even worth that they charged us 90 euros for that crappy room and horrible experience? if that is not a 1 star i don't know what it. forget about the 4 star label! DO NOT GO THERE

As I have been here last year as well, I can say that the hotel has improved significantly, the food is much better and there is an actual animation at the pool. The reason why I decided to rate it this low are the maids, they're the most ignorant employees that I have ever encountered. They walk the halls like they own the place,superior expressions plastered on their faces, while they're not doing their jobs. For the three days I have been here, I haven't had my bed made by them once. Not once. I find this revolting. I am fully aware that part of my fee goes, of course, into their salaries, thus I shall not stand this straight up mockery.

"All inclusive", quality exclusive. Broken glass pieces on the bathroom floor, proper stinking bathroom. No parking places, Dog food, fake fin' coke. The "all inclusive" services are not cheap, they're the cheapest and worst money can buy. Large room, clean sheets. All the people working here seem to be upset or/and angry. Good people though, i can tell. The guy in the parking lot is great. Rock music today by the pool, which is good Yet another trustworthy Bulgarian dude.

Despite to all bad reviews i want to make a good one. The rooms(I tell about "rooms" because we was 7 family there) are quite large, with new and modern furniture, TV sat(Romanian language also are available), AC with each room programmer, very clean and comfortable. Mess hall is also large and modern furnished, and the dishes was various(each member of our group was satisfied in that direction). Swimming pool at first view is a little small but after 7 days we realized that is sufficiently for people in all parts of a day. The bar is open 24h(good to know). Animation team are also cute. In 5 minutes you can be on beach. It is true that the path is under the trees and there are 2 or 3 garbage point. It can had bad smell in some parts of a day. You can rent some beach layer for 20 leva/day but there are a free area and you can spread your towel to the sand directly. All in all, there was amazing, and we payed only 220 euro for 7 all inclusive days.
