  local rating this hotel has a 5* but in western standards it should be 3.5*. Everything is ok but not for Western European five star rating. Nice place for short holidays with fine pools, bars, restaurants and Black Sea beaches.

  Easy & fast access from the airport.Very quick check in, spacious rooms with balconies and good variety of food. Fantastic green park and pool areas! Team is very friendly and makes you feel really welcomed!

  First of all is very old.the room carpets are very damaged.there are no vallets to take your luggage to the room.there is no map of the complex.there is no safe in the room.this is maximum 3 star hotel and surely all inclusive concept is a joke. Bad food, bad drinks, no bottled water.I will not recomand to anyone to come on this hotel.I regret coming here.

  The iconic hotel for over 40 years now. Always modern, up to date with any services offered and an outstanding service on its own. Always a great choice for a family summer resort.

  It used to be a fine location. Unfortunately, during past year, I observed a decrease of services' quality. Perhaps the personnel is not enough. The problems appears to be more obvious regarding food quality and quantity. What a shame, it used to be one of my favourites places in Bulgaria. No longer now
