Había un fuerte olor a tabaco.
Es difícil comunicarse si no sabes búlgaro.
Al usar la ducha se moja todo el baño y se encharca todo el suelo.
El baño es pequeño y no hay cortina ni separación.
No hay ascensor.
El desayuno es muy justito. No se puede tomar leche caliente.

Çok kapalı ve boğucu odalar var. Küçük bir açılır pencere. Temizlik oldukça zayıf. Asla 3 yıldızlı bir otel olamaz

El personal extraamable. Tienen 3 o 4 plazas de aparcamiento reservadas enfrente del hotel. Las habitaciones aceptables.

The hotel has outstanding location ,however there is a lot more to desire from the facility. The rooms need renovation ,there was mold inside the bathroom and the overall feeling was the room is not very clean. A lot of the lights were not working/missing light bulbs. The doors were squeaky ,the doors of the wardrobe were broken and so cold (breakfast) that was included ,was extremely cheap and not recommended. The hotel has an outstanding location ,but should really invest in renovation and quality.

We really wanted to stay close to the Old Town and the reviews were not horrible so we chose the place based on that. The prices were reasonable and in line with other 3 star hotels but that was the only thing that was reasonable. The place was so dusty and dirty it was basically disgusting! There was dust and maybe even mold everywhere. We took a studio but it was smaller than a regular room at a normal hotel. The bathroom clogged in the morning as the water would not drain and flooded everything. We didn't even stay for breakfast just grabbed our stuff and left. I have seen nasty before but never paid so much for it.
